Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS or USPS to physical addresses (no PO Boxes for UPS). Orders placed Mon–Thu before 1 PM EST ship same day; after 1 PM Thu ships Monday. Out-of-stock items? You can wait, get credit, or request a full refund. All packages are discreet and unmarked.

Refused Shipments: You are responsible for original shipping, return fees, and any duties or taxes; these will be deducted from your refund.

Damages & Shortages: Check your package immediately. Note damages with the carrier before signing and keep all packaging. Report missing items within 5 days.

Returns: Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase.

Restocking Fees: 10% fee applies unless the error is ours. Shipping refunded only if the error is ours. Cancellations after processing incur a 15% restocking fee.
